1. Can limes be substituted for lemons?

2. Can you use sweetener in the lemon juice and, if so, which is best?

3. You mention that 10% of the solution should be lemon juice, but does it matter how much water? How many times a day/week can one drink this?

4. How often should you test your urine/saliva when doing the lemon tonic?

5. Does too much water/herb teas/lemon water affect the potassium level, making the BIA appear to be potassium deficient?

6. Can a colema replace a colonic treatment? What is the difference in its effect on the toxin retention? What else can be done to reduce toxin retention? What is the BIA position on the use of laxatives?

7. What is your position on a colonic or colema during the 10 Day LK Cleanse, especially the first three detoxifying days. I have clients who became more constipated during the Cleanse...and others who were moving their bowels as often as three to five times a day.

1. No.

2. You can use any kind of natural sweetener. Follow the BIA Key #1 protocol.

3. The total daily water intake should be approximately 1 oz per each 2 lb body weight for the average indoor working individual. The 10% solution of lemon water should be no more than 1/2 of the total. The lemon water should be followed according to the protocol in BIA Key #1.

4. This depends upon the BIA results from your first test. There is no hard rule here. This information should come from your BIA Practitioner.

5. Yes, excess fluid intake can cause a "no picture" to develop in the BIA profile. A "no picture" is discussed in the BIA Keys. Be sure to study them closely.

6. A colema can be expected to do somewhat the job of a colonic, but nothing can replace the effect of a properly administered colonic by a trained therapist. The 6 Day Turn Around Diet followed by the 10 Day LK Cleanse followed by a 6 Day Light Diet is an excellent detox program for many people.

7. Colonics are a great idea, especially for those who experience constipation during the 10 Day LK Cleanse. Magnesium Formula will also assist these clients.

<TOP>

8. The 10 Day LK Cleanse may be repeated if the client is still overweight and did not experience any problems during it. The LK Cleanse really should not be done by anyone not able to be monitored during it, due to the possibility of fainting, etc., from low sugars.

9. Two days on each day.

10. Go to Download Diets and download "Flaxseed."

11. No.

12. Eat 4 oz. daily for each 100 lbs body weight, for 3 consecutive days.
