1. How does the billing work for reports & tests?

A: You pay for BIA tests, not reports. First, you prepay for the desired number of tests. Second, when you select a client for viewing, you must then select a test for that client. If the selected test is not activated, it will indicate "unpaid." Once you have activated a specific test, your account balance is reduced by one test and your selected test is then available for all reports (except MemGram®) without additional fee for viewing, now or later. For each activated test, you can view as many reports as you desire (except MemGram [aka Stress Pattern Report]).

MemGram® Reports are billed separately and can be ordered here or by using a shortcut link: http://memgram-order.biri.org

2. How do I determine what to select under the various BIA report screens. For example, the Vitamins options, Colors, etc.?

A: The BIA Software is programmed to assist you in determining correct vitamin, mineral, etc., foods to recommend to your client. Several options are presented to you. You should use your knowledge of the case to choose the most appropriate one for your client.

Color Therapy options may also be included. If you are not familiar with the use of Color Therapy, I suggest you become educated concerning it. It is very effective for many people.

4. Why do some of the suggestions involve "sleep with your head pointing north or wearing the color green over certain areas?"

A: The "sleep with your head to the north" is suggested for individuals showing a sensitivity to the Earth's magnetic field. It is possible they are currently sleeping in a negative geopathic zone, which could be contributing to their symptoms.

A: The color green is part of the Color Therapy provision of the BIA Report. If you are not familiar with Color Therapy, I suggest you find a good book on the subject, perhaps from www.amazon.com, and become educated in this very interesting modality.

7. How do I order a MemGram® report?

A: Before ordering a  MemGram® report, questionnaire responses must first be entered at http://doctor.biri.org.  Once your have submitted the questionnaire, complete the MemGram® Report order form at http://memgram-order.biri.org.  You will need the Client File #, which is located at the top of any of the BIA reports. The Client File # identifies which test/questionnaire to utilize when generating a MemGram® Report.

MemGram® reports may also be ordered using the Order Tests/Reports link found in the navigation bar throughout this website, or by visiting Resources and selecting the option to Order BIA Tests and/or MemGram® reports.

8. What is the File # and where can it be found?

A: BIAS uses a File # to identify which tests/reports belong to the client.  Each report associated with a client will have a File #.  The File # is located at the top of all BIA reports, not MemGram® reports.

9. Is the File # the same as the Client ID?

A: The Client ID is not the same as the File #.  A Client ID is issued to all client files, this ID is generated when entering the first test results for that NEW client. The Client ID is displayed next to the client name in the Client List as well above the Client Name on Report Selections.  The Client ID always remain the same, whereas the File # is assigned to each new test.
